Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bluegrass Estate Solutions handles information received through bluegrassestatesolutions.com and related inquiries.
1. Information we collect
When you contact Bluegrass Estate Solutions, you may provide your name, a phone number or email address, a description of your situation, and permission for us to reply. We also receive information you choose to share in later conversations. The contact form records submission timestamps, a submission reference, and IP-related metadata.
2. Information about family members
Share information about another person only when you have permission or another appropriate authority to do so. Start with a general description of the questions your family is facing. Avoid including another person’s identifying or sensitive details unless they are necessary for a requested next step.
3. Please limit sensitive information
Do not send Social Security numbers, account or card numbers, passwords, full medical records, legal documents, or other sensitive records through the contact form or ordinary email. A short overview is enough to begin. If additional information is needed, discuss an appropriate way to provide it with the relevant professional.
4. How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your questions, organize possible next steps, identify appropriate resources, and maintain records of our conversations. Technical information may support website operation, troubleshooting, and spam prevention. We do not automatically enroll people who contact us in marketing.
5. Permission to reply
The required contact-form checkbox gives us permission to reply about your inquiry using the contact information you provide. It is not consent to unrelated marketing or an agreement to purchase services. Tell us if you want us to stop contacting you about an inquiry or use a different contact method.
6. Professional introductions
We make professional introductions with your permission. Before sharing your inquiry or contact information with an independent professional, we will discuss the proposed introduction and the information needed. Please avoid sharing private family information that is unnecessary for the introduction.
7. Service providers and other disclosures
Website hosting, website operation, and email services process information needed to provide those services. Contact information and messages are processed through WordPress and Forminator, and notification copies are sent to our Gmail account. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to address misuse or protect people’s rights or safety. We do not use inquiries for automatic marketing enrollment.
8. Where inquiry records are stored
Submitted entries are stored in the website’s WordPress database through Forminator. Records include the submitted fields, timestamps, submission references, and IP-related metadata. Gmail receives notification copies containing submitted information, and email conversations may remain in that account. Website hosting and email providers may maintain technical logs or backups under their own practices. Deleting a website entry does not, by itself, delete an email copy or a provider backup.
9. Cookies and technical information
WordPress and website services may use cookies or similar technologies for necessary functions, including authenticated administrative sessions. The website’s appearance control stores a Light or Dark preference in your browser; System follows your device preference. Hosting and website systems may record IP addresses, browser information, request times, and technical errors. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Google Ads tracking is intentionally active. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own practices. This policy does not promise that every technical service is cookie-free.
10. Information security
Please keep initial messages brief and avoid sensitive records. No website, database, or email service can guarantee complete security. We do not promise that ordinary email or stored inquiry records provide a particular encryption standard. If you believe information has been sent to the wrong recipient or accessed improperly, contact us promptly.
11. Retention and deletion
Forminator currently retains contact-form submissions until they are manually removed. We review inquiry records monthly and remove unnecessary inactive general inquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Active family-navigation matters are reviewed when closed. This is a manual owner-managed procedure; deletion is not automatic. Gmail notification copies and related correspondence require separate review. Separately regulated professional, compensation, tax, dispute, or legal-hold records may need longer retention according to applicable requirements. We record retention exceptions and completed deletions. Hosting backups, provider logs, and other provider-controlled copies may follow separate schedules; we account for them where possible but cannot guarantee removal of every backup copy. Forminator’s current account-erasure setting retains submissions, so privacy requests require manual review of website records and Gmail copies.
12. Privacy requests
Contact us to ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further inquiry-related contact. Describe your request without sending sensitive identification documents. We may need enough information to confirm that the request relates to you or that you have authority to act for another person. We will consider the request and explain any limitations, including records that must be retained or copies controlled by another provider. Any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
13. Independent professional relationships
Professionals you choose to work with manage their own records, privacy practices, fees, and professional obligations. An introduction does not make them employees of Bluegrass Estate Solutions or make their privacy practices the same as ours. Ask the professional how they will handle your information before sharing sensitive records.
14. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging family support and next steps, and is not directed to children under 13. Children should not submit personal information through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
15. Policy updates
We may update this policy as website practices change. The policy’s update date will identify the latest version. Changes do not authorize a new use of previously collected information where additional permission is required.
