Bluegrass Estate Solutions exists because important family decisions rarely happen one at a time. Care, money, legal questions, property, belongings and family responsibilities can all become connected very quickly.
We give families a place to start, help make sense of what's happening, and help identify who may need to be part of the conversation.
A PERSONAL REASON
“My own family has lived it.”
I'm Daniel David. My own family has experienced what happens when a parent's care, long-term care, Medicaid questions, attorneys, trusts, property, finances and family decisions begin to overlap.
We had capable people helping with individual pieces. What was harder was seeing how those pieces fit together, which question needed an answer first, and what depended on something else happening.
That experience helped shape Bluegrass Estate Solutions.
I wanted families to have a place to begin without first having to understand the entire system.
I bring that perspective as a son who has been through it. Every family's situation is different, so I begin by listening.
EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES THE APPROACH
Different experiences taught me to look at the whole picture.
Daniel is a Lexington native and U.S. Army veteran. His professional background includes real estate, real estate investing, insurance, coaching and mentoring, along with experience working through estates, inherited property and complicated property situations. He has also completed Senior Transition Specialist training.
Those experiences don't make him the expert in every part of a family's situation. They help him ask better questions, recognize when issues are connected, and know when someone with different expertise belongs in the conversation.
